What is Quantity Photography?

Some photographers these days will charge you a higher flat rate up front for the session and all the proofs (digital image files). Then it’s your job to figure out what to do with them. This seems like a great value at first glance. The downside is you can end up with a lot of pictures you don’t need and a few “pretty good” ones. 

What is Quality Photography?

At Little’s, you pay a smaller session fee upfront. Then we get to work giving you the best possible quality experience. In most sessions (involving children) we shoot in a team of two – a highly trained duo. One is focused on the technical, and the other, the FUN! This is a winning combination that produces a handful or more of perfect pictures. 

Then you order and pay for the ones that are worth the money. Our clients love our model because they are ok with spending more to have the quality, the assistance in choosing the best ones, as well as the printed keepsakes we craft for them.

Can I have the digital files?

You will get digital copies of the images you select in print. This piece is important because there was a trend for a few years, of people just wanting digitals thinking they could “do it themselves”… prints, albums, wall portraits, etc. But, just like home gym equipment, most of us don’t do it ourselves. We never get around to it. 

With printed products, it takes a lot of time, too many decisions, not enough experience on your part. It feels wasteful knowing you’ve invested in digital images that are just sitting in a file after a 2 day high on social media. 

At Little’s, you can buy just digitals, but we do our best to discourage it because we don’t think it’s in your best interest. Our clients tell us every day and even decades later that they are so happy to look at their memories whenever they feel like it. In print! It’s priceless to them.
