It’s the same with business.  You can feel it in your experience with another brand.  For example you may have similar values, passions, and commitments. And (this is no small thing) you can also order their cookies, cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats to be delivered to your door in an hour (Delivery Dudes). That’s even less than Amazon!
